You don’t have to throw an elaborate dinner party to satiate your guests. In fact, if you’re hosting an impromptu gathering, start the festivities after 9PM and theme your party as a BYOA – bring your own appetizer! Let your guests know that the idea is to have a spread of gourmet, late night munchies and cocktails to ring in 2013. A finger food potluck is not only a super saver when it comes to time and money – a variety of small plates is always more fun with a big group of people. Try some of our favorite Fab & Fru 5 Minute hors d’oeuvres recipes!

Pomegranate & Prosecco Signature Cocktail
Save time and money by whipping up a signature cocktail for the festivities! Prosecco is Champagne’s less expensive Italian cousin – and dare we say we like it better than the French bubbly… And when you add some tangy pomegranate juice to it, you creative an elegant and beautiful looking cocktail that your guests will enjoy sipping all night long – without the hostess breaking the bank! Of course for friends who don’t want the alcohol, they too can enjoy the delish pomegranate juice as a spritzer mixed in with a little sparkling water or club soda.
